Hi Sam & all BV-fans,
From my visit to BV yesterday, I had discovered some of Dual units in court 1 & 9 has been fitted with furniture by Kian Classic (only for the units purchased with Optional Package earlier). Below are some photos of my own unit in Court 9.
1. Newly added House No. Plate, Cute yet small…. (Show unit)
2. Standard Wardrobe in 2nd bedroom (A bit too huge, make the space even smaller)
3. Ceiling height Wardrobe in Master bedroom
4. Triangle slope in the ceiling of living room (cracking head how to cover it…)
5. Kitchen Cabinet – Similar to Show Unit at very early stage (already been demolished)
p/s: Please be noted that this Optional package is sold during the launching of Phrase A, which not include TV rack as in the new package offer by KianClassic now.

i wonder how u do painting after all tis is built? it will be difficult right?
i like the yellow kitchen, feel bright, sunshine feel. the bar just nice too.
wat s/w u use to sketch the 3D? can teach me how to use or help me design me instead, haha :P

Painting on the wall is still posible, as we will not going to repaint the 'covered' area, rite? Furthermore, the installation of plaster ceiling is possible as well, as the cabinet & wardrobe are not touching the ceiling. Just have to be extra careful when painting the ceiling, make sure you cover the cabinet.
The ID is not done by any 3D software, it's juz some photo editing with Adobe Photoshop. I just gathered the photos of furniture i prefered (mostly from Red Apple...hehehe), then combined them to be a ID mockup for visualization purpose. You also can change wall colour, trying to match with the funiture. This will give u an idea roughly how your dream home will look like. My wife loves it! Haaa!
As we prefer a bright living room, yes, we will leave the wall to be in white colour. Jonathan has proposed ICI Brilliant White paint...maybe can try it out! Do notice that i will paint a side of the wall into dark grey, trying to match with the kitchen cabinet, yet not affect much on the overall feel! Thanks for liking it! Just contribute my limited idea in ID!

just a note, how come your house plate is showing C8 (court 8) when u r staying in Court 9? Looks like we are staying the opposite end .. mine is C9-G-28
Ahhaaa...the plate is not mine, it's one of the show unit in Court 8! Btw, our unit also fixed with the plate now!
The ID is 80% similar to the Dual showroom last time larr...I was not creative thuh...funiture are smae, just the Painting, Aquarium i added in as per my own favourite!
Ohh..the triangle thing, i have an idea of putting my '2 big arms clock', slanted...dunno the gravity pull will affect the mechanism or not...later become not accuracy...ahhaaa
