House Measurement (Dimensions)

Purchaser Au has come out with two measurements, one for Dual type and another one for 3+1 type in Court-19.

These are almost the exact measurements as Au personally went in to these units and did the measurements himself from corners to corners. Let's check it out:-

I am kinda of dreamy type of person..so i am sharing design that i like...here i am introducing the dream home that i am longing too..shabby chic might be a unfamiliar term for alot of people especially guys i guessed(*no racist....I just think guys is much more practical and prefer modern style)..
The pics above i showed is one of my japan friend's house..and she is so creative in designing and handmaker all the small small decor for her house...she is using blue and white as the main theme for her cozy home..mine ,i will prefer in pink and white...or creamy...emmm..places to get all this style might be little difficult in malaysia but there are source for it...it might get little pricey...but alternative you can also DIY yourself by revamp all the old furniture or some ikea furniture that you can turn into the shabby chic style that you wish to have...the next round i will share with you guys more on this and other design that i like too...

Green Theme

I think not many of us will have your living room looks like the photo above. It gives us an idea of how our future home will look like if we happen to buy our dream home in the outter space. You want to look modern yet do not want to forget about the oxigen supplying agent.



The photo above is a CCC, a combination of conservative and contemporary (CCC). To use green as the theme is a daring choice of colour. I especially thumb-up for the blocked-letterig painting which is in contrast to the modern furniture setting and decorations. It conserves the respectful great Asian culture, yet it doesn't miss to inject a contemporary idea in it. The outcome of the idea appears as a piece of artwork by the designer.



This looks simple. The combination of green and white plus a little maroon does have a garden feel yet feel modern too. To have some fresh flora is proven to help to ease your mind everytime you enter the bathroom.
