Hi Jerry, pardon us for d late reply, we are very sorry, bz rushing for few projects for owners to move in.
Our scope of work shall be the interior design and preparation of the drawing plans and completion.
We shall prepare all the relevant drawings such as conceptual proposal drawings and as built drawings.
Our service shall cover the normal duties and functions of the Interior Designing works, Lightings, Curtains / Blinds and Interior Decoration advice for the design.
We shall also monitor the overall interior design & build progress.
Regarding the fee, We will base on your renovation sum. A sum of amount is payable upon confirmation of comprehensive schematic design. (The sum shall be deducted from the total contract value.)
