anyone have the actual measurement? the measurement in the booklet provided are not very clear. and there's no height measurement. the unit that i booked is 1+3 top floor corner.
ting, I was told that the height is 10ft, except the top floor which could go up to 12ft or 13ft. As for the measurements, I agreed with you that the dimension given in the booklet or S&P is not complete. If anyone of you have the actual dimension, can you share?
Anonymous, breaking down the wall for a big glass screen, this is what Bukit Ikhlas show unit have now, right? In my opinion, to have a glass screen for the kitchen, both wet and dry ones, could be a trouble when it comes to cleaning.
yeah, if anyone can get the actual floor plan measurement, it would help a lot in designing our place.
my sis told me that her friend has contracted company called Wide Angle Design to "pau" the whole interior design and renovation for them. the website is http://www.wideangledesign.com.sg/
SGP company with a Malaysian startup. According to my sis's friend, the price is reasonable.
if there are interested party, why not we contract them as a group and ask for bulk discount?? as a group when evaluating their work, we can also ask more questions that we might not have thought of as individual.
Wei Yin, there is a good idea. I think you are helping the neighbours here a lot.
Calvin Leong, but the measurements are not complete as I can't read the measurement for all the rooms. Perhaps I am not good in reading floor plan. I am not gonna install cctv or alarm system for my house, but window frames or grills perhaps will be required. It's a good idea that if we can engage a supplier for most of the units (if we agree to it), we can ask for a cheaper price.
it's good to have sharing of interior design with reno info especially with pricing available if possible.

For CCTV Stuff, i can get almost direct factory price from penang. If there is lot of ordering of that, we can work out things. but the sad thing is, we have to find fellas to install and configure it.
As for interior and renovation, i can seek my friend owner of one of the famous publishing magazine here (Am sure new house owner will hold a copy) which have close contact with those companies to offer maybe nice rate for its design consultancy and etc.

to get the full measurement, you could do a proportion on the sections without the measurement (particularly the rooms). That's my best bet.
