Why do I find the pricing very dodgy? How could the same thing (Alarm system & Living Hall) be selling at different prices for the different types. e.g. DUAL 25300 - 16800 = 8500 3+1 38300 - 27300 = 11000
Something it doesn't add up.
How much could a TV cabinet cost? Also, is Alarm system THAT expensive?

Calvin Leong, for Type DUAL, with additional RM8,500, you get an alarm system, a shower screen for your bathroom, a water heater, and a designer basin with cabinet (solid surface).
As for Type 3+1, you pay additional RM11,000 for two upgraded bathrooms (with shower screens, water heater set, designer basin with cabinet (solid surface)), an alarm system, and a TV console.
I think a TV cabinet could cost as low as RM300 from IKEA, and a TV rack from Celini goes as high as RM2,000. I have no idea on the alarm system.
Actually they are preparing a show unit with KianClassic ready. I will surely share some photos here when it is ready.

i assume the above 35k also include quality paints, extra power point if needed, toilet accessories, mattress, coffee table, rugs, and shoe cabinet.
too much to ask with 35k? now i really dreaming, hahaha.
The cost of these things are cheap, but u have to purchase it overseas by bulk / containers, some intermediearies keep stocks , some don't, so the price basically comes down to the person in charge and workmanship.
That's wat i heard from a seller, so make sure u trust who u buying from, and hope we all get a good deal at the end.
